This week on the show, we covered another one of my all-time favorite music-rhythm games. Straight from the company that basically pioneered the genre, Bemani (from Konami), Pop’n Music is a game that you use 9 palm-sized buttons you press in time with music. It looks deceptively cutesy and tame, but once you get into the thick of it, you realize it is one of the most challenging titles the genre has to offer. Not to mention a vast range of styles of music to select from, with literally hundreds of songs on any given version.
Hope you enjoyed the show!
Note: Unfortunately, this album is not available to stream anywhere for free, so I have linked to the Amazon listing for purchase. Sorry for the trouble! =[
